1. Acceptance of terms

2. Products & pricing
All product images, specifications and pricing are indicative and subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of quotation. Stock availability is subject to allocation by HP, Lenovo and Quick Heal.
3. Orders & payment
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion. Payment terms are agreed individually with each reseller or customer. Goods remain the property of Aurodivine Technologies until full payment is received.
4. Warranty & replacement
All products carry the standard manufacturer warranty. DOA and replacement claims are processed as per the policies of the respective principals (HP, Lenovo, Quick Heal).
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased through us, beyond what is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
6. Intellectual property
All trademarks (HP, Lenovo, Quick Heal and others) are the property of their respective owners. Website content is owned by Aurodivine Technologies and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
